About This Organization

Youth Farm, established in 1995, is an organization that helps youth develop by teaching them to plant, grow, harvest, cook and ultimately feed the communities where they live. At Youth Farm they utilize food as a catalyst for social change, for community engagement, for leadership development – Food is their tool to change the world. Located in the Twin Cities, MN, they work with over 600 youth each year growing thousands of pounds of food for low income residents.
