Vertical Harvest is a world first three story greenhouse that grows nutritious produce for the town of Jackson Hole, Wyoming. More than just a farm, Vertical Harvest employs community members with different abilities to run the operation. It’s this pairing of innovation with an underserved population that cultivates an empowered and sustainable community. Growing over 30 different crops, 365 days a year, 6200 ft above sea level, in temperatures down to -30F Vertical Harvest provides a unique source of fresh, local produce to a community that would otherwise go without during the Winter months. You can enjoy Vertical Harvest’s produce at many of Jackson’s restaurants, groceries and directly from the farm itself. Public tours are available throughout the week for visitors to experience and learn about this unique farm.
