The Oklahoma Farmers and Ranchers Association (OFRA) exists to provide education and training to all farmers, ranchers and gardeners, including those with limited resources or the socially disadvantaged, to help them achieve a living with their farm or ranch using sustainable and regenerative methods. OFRA aims to continue this work by developing and maintaining a network of sustainable/regenerative farmers, ranchers, and gardeners all over the state working and sharing knowledge and skills with each other. OFRA also educates the public about the importance of sustainable agriculture— economic success, environmental stewardship, and improved quality of life for people and communities. This education is delivered through classes, workshops, field days, a mentoring program, online webinars, and interactive forums. The OFRA mentoring program connects members who are just starting out or those who want to change directions with another member with experience in the area of interest.
