About This Organization

10593107_1464454253831216_1443154390496403532_nThe Missouri River Communities Network (MRCN) develops educational programs, fundraisers, cleanups, river festivals, and other community-centered programs to ensure that our watersheds are safe for human and non-human use.  The network also supports local food producers and sustainable food production by MRCN recruiting AmeriCorps members to direct volunteers, write grants, develop environmental education lessons, and build public support for local food.
