The Millennium Institute (MI) supports governments and other stakeholders to develop strategies that will lead to measureable advances in the welfare of society in the context of the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). MI and the Biovision Foundation of Switzerland are partners in a project focused on SDG 2: End hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition, and promote sustainable agriculture. The project, “Changing Course in Global Agriculture”, aims at improving food security, rural welfare, and the sustainable use of natural resources through the implementation of sustainable agriculture and food system policies. The project operates at both the international and the national levels, reaching decision-makers and stakeholders in the area of agriculture and the food systems through policy development processes and supportive planning tools.
