The Kansas City Food Circle connects the people of KC with sustainable farmers who produce local and organic food. The Food Circle has about 100 sustainable farmers who are members of our organization and we work directly with our farmers as well as the chefs, artisans, makers, and distillers in our region who source from our farmers and who are working so hard to celebrate local food in Kansas City. Together we create rich experiences to help people connect with amazing food, to educate them on where their food comes from, and to meet the farmers who grow it all. LINE SPACE. Every spring we kick off the Farmers Market season with our Eat Local & Organic Expo featuring the very best from our local farmers. Throughout the year we host Farm to Table dinners, classes, off menu experiences at restaurants that source from our farmers, farm tours, educational opportunities and so many other events. We close out the growing season with our Holiday PopUp Market. The area’s only 100% local holiday market is the opportunity for the public to get everything they need for their Thanksgiving dinner and get a jump on unique, locally crafted holiday gifts from our favorite artisans.
