About This Organization

Food Bank for the Heartland works with individuals, organizations, food manufacturers and distributors, grocery stores, the USDA, and Feeding America to procure and distribute emergency and supplemental food. As the largest food bank in Nebraska and second largest in Iowa,the organization distributes food to 235 food pantries, 242 schools, 8 emergency shelters, and other nonprofit partners.
