Chefs Collaborative is a membership-based national 501c3 nonprofit comprised of chefs, food professionals and a network of more than 40,000 influencers, friends and followers. Along with our Seafood Solutions and Meat Matters programming, in 2017 we launched our What Waste initiative to transform the conversation about food waste from problems to solutions. We also awarded 25 scholarships, gathered our network at the 8th Annual Chefs Collaborative Summit in Atlanta, hosted dozens of impactful events across the country through our Local Groups, and continued to lead the industry by actively Changing Menus and Changing Lives.

Our mission is to inspire, educate, and celebrate chefs and food professionals building a better food system. Our vision is that sustainable practices will be second nature for every chef in the United States. Chefs and food professionals are powerful change agents, and we need more change makers at the table.

“Change Menus, Change Lives is far more than just a tagline. It’s a beacon of hope. A pathway to a better food system. At Chefs Collaborative, we know this to be our truth, and we invite you to join us!“ LA Local Leader chef Samuel Monsour
