About This Organization

10433902_10152605371102704_3957399069893950464_nThe Chef Ann Foundation (CAF) was founded on the belief that every child should have access to fresh, healthy food at school every day. CAF provides training, resources, and funding to school districts across the country to aid their transition from processed menus to fresh, scratch-cooked meals. In the fall of 2017, CAF is also launching the School Food Institute, an online course series taught by Chef Ann Cooper, which will provide in-depth training to school food professionals through a cook-from-scratch lens..
