About This Organization

The Bisman Community Food Co-Op is a community-based food cooperative that aims to strengthen the local economy by providing a market for local farmers and other businesses while raising awareness about food, healthy eating, and wellness. The cooperative provides consumer retail access to products sourced from regional producers and emphasizes fair wages for producers, laborers, and consumers in its business model. They opened theirs doors to the public in May 2016.
